About the Author

Angelo S. Zieno is a physician. He has used his medical knowledge to create a new, exciting children's book about the body's systems and immune response.

Zieno graduated from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences with a doctorate in osteopathic medicine. He practices medicine in Nebraska, where he lives with his wife, Kim, and three daughters. His eldest daughter, age six, helped him create the perfect images for his work.
