Dr. Caroline R. Savage is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and a consultant for Professional Progress Academy. Effective communication increases expectation clarity and productivity. Providing for God's children, using the power of His words to build them up and not to tear them down, enhances processes in striving toward organizational goals. Caroline's educational background consists of a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Doctor of Management. Her published books include Mourning Morning, The Discipling Woman, and ¿Uncertainties? and Reasoning, Calming Storm, and For the Love of God. Caroline and Lynn Marino from Alive in Christ Network are co-founders of the Christian Discipleship Women's Ministry International (CDWMI) and the Internet TV ministry, the Discipling Woman: Damage Control. The founder of the CDWMI is our Heavenly Father, Who guides His children by the use of His instructions and Word in the Holy Bible. "All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right" (1 Timothy 3:16 NLT). The CDWMI ministry is a subdivision of Christian Discipleship Ministries International, ministering worldwide to over 80 countries to teach and empower people with God's truth.
