About the Author

Monica Musetti-Carlin holds a degree in liberal arts and is an award-winning media consultant for a chain of newspapers on Long Island. As a journalist, lecturer and "foodie" with over 30 years of experience in media, she continues to contribute to such publications as The New York Times, New York Magazine and many New York weeklies. Through her advertising agency, she has had the opportunity to work with Jane Brody, Pete Seeger and Yoko Ono. Most recently, in addition to writing the Country Comfort series, she is completing several nonfiction and fictional works in progress and is looking to enhance the marketing and distribution of her recipe and craft product lines.
