About the Author

John Miller is an Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist and one of the most widely recognised reporters covering crime and legal issues in the US. In 1998, he was one of the first ever western journalists to interview Osama Bin Laden. Michael Stone is a veteran crime journalist. Chris Mitchell is a senior editor at The Week.
