Wayne D. Cottrell is a music charts historian. The book is one in a series, with each ranking singles and albums in a variety of music genres, for a given decade or half-decade. Wayne is an engineer and engineering educator, specializing in transportation. In addition to music, he was written recreational guidebooks on bicycling, articles for "Cycling West," technical papers for academic journals, and engineering reports.
