About the Author

Johann Eduard Huther (1807-1880) was a Lutheran theologian from Germany. His books include Cyprians Lehre von der Kirche, Commentar uber den Brief Pauli an die Colosser, Der Religions-Unterricht in den Gymnasien, and his Critical and Exegetical Handbook to the Epistles of St. Paul to Timothy and Titus which became part of Heinrich Meyer's Critical and Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament.
