About the Author

Ron Culberson spent most of his professional career working in a large hospice organisation as a clinical social worker and manager. Since 1996, Ron has been Director of Everything! at FUNsulting, etc., and has delivered presentations to over fifty thousand people in more than five hundred associations, government agencies, non-profit organisations, and corporations.
