About the Author

Janet Schlabach is a retired middle school teacher who enjoys reading, writing, and gardening in her spare time. She and her husband Bruce live in West Liberty, Ohio, and are the parents of three adult children, Brad, Brian (wife Anna), and Jill. They also enjoy spending time with their twin grandchildren, Sophie and Caleb.
