Secretariat. He has published books on Commodity Prices and the
World Trade Organisation (WTO), and Small States.
Letsema Mbayi is a research fellow at the Botswana Institute
for Development Policy Analysis. Her doctoral research investigated
diamond beneficiation policy in a producer country.
