About the Author

Sebi Alan Guntry was born in Italy in 1980 and has been passionate about Mediterranean cuisine since childhood. Son of a Sicilian cook, he will specialize in Nutrition and Biology at the State University of Milan. He moved to the United States where he combined his work as a nutritionist doctor with that of a writer. His passion for physical wellness and nutrition will push him to write several books that will have international success.
