About the Author

Kevin Ford is a Principal of TAG Consulting. In demand as a public speaker and strategic leadership consultant, Kevin has spoken publicly to thousands of people on strategic planning and leadership. He led CEO roundtables with Jim Collins, Ron Heifetz, and Margaret Wheatley and was one of the featured speakers at the Organizational Development Summit with Peter Senge and Phil Harkins. He was the senior consultant for the redesign of the U.S. Army staff--the largest employer in the nation. While he consults with large corporations, government agencies, and small businesses, he heads up TAG's faith-based practice. He has personally developed over four hundred strategic plans in a wide variety of industries. He is the author of three previous books, including one that reached the top .04 percent of sales on Amazon. Kevin lives in Charlotte, N.C., with his wife and two children.
Ken Tucker is a senior partner of TAG Consulting. Prior to joining TAG, he was a managing consultant for The Gallup Organization. Ken's expertise is in helping clients transform disjointed organizations and workgroups into high-performing teams. He uses the organization's metrics and initiatives as a basis for increasing per-employee productivity. For the executive team, Ken uses customized tools and strategies that increase execution by reducing the distance between time of decision and time action is taken. Additionally, he advises leaders and instructs managers on how to unleash employee discretionary effort to drive long-term business outcomes. Ken has published two other books and is in demand as a speaker for groups of all sizes.

Reviews

“The Leadership Triangle effectively illustrates how the role of the transformational leader is increasingly important in today’s world. No longer can we afford to lead with a one-size-fits-all mentality and expect to succeed or contribute on a professional/personal basis. This terrific book offers clear and precise options that a leader can choose in order to successfully transform their organization to meet the challenges of these uncertain times. It also provides many insightful examples from key leaders who model these concepts themselves. The result is a powerful read.”
-Stephen M. R. Covey, author of The New York Times and # 1 Wall Street Journal best seller, The Speed of Trust

“I love this book! I’m a firm believer in a situational approach to leadership. You not only need to use different strokes for different folks, but also for different situations. Ford and Tucker do a superb job of the latter scenario. The Leadership Triangle is a guidebook to help leaders, no matter what kind of organization, choose the right approach for the situation they face. Read this book and increase tenfold your chances of success.”
-Ken Blanchard, coauthor of The One Minute Manager® and Leading at a Higher Level

""I have great respect for Kevin Ford, and I am very grateful for the positive influence he has had on countless leaders throughout the world. I know of no one who has greater insight into the challenges and opportunities every leader faces, and his writings cannot help but have a positive impact on all who read them. I only wish The Leadership Triangle had been available when I began my own ministry. I’m sure I would have profited greatly from it.""
-Billy Graham, Montreat NC
