Helena Bester is a Board Certified neurotherapist, a mentor and an acclaimed author of five authoritative books on ADHD, learning difficulties and neurofeedback. Helena was in private practice in Cape Town, South Africa for 20 years where she offered neurotherapy as the main intervention since 2005.
