About the Author

Swen Hutter is a postdoctoral research fellow at the European University Institute. Edgar Grande holds the Chair in Comparative Politics at the University of Munich. Hanspeter Kriesi holds the Stein Rokkan Chair in Comparative Politics at the European University Institute.
