About the Author

Ruth Miller began her writing career in the field of poetry. She published her first book titled "Compassionately Spoken" which is basically an anthology of poetry, but includes miscellaneous articles and a short story at the end. She has been a member of the International Society of Poets and has had many of her writings included in several national anthologies, various online newsletters and other entities. She has also been involved in reading poetry publicly at various functions. This is her first entry into the world of fiction/mystery story writing. She has five grandchildren and lives with her husband in Lakeland, Florida.
