About the Author

A long-time newspaper columnist who didn't start writing books until age 82 and continues well into her 80s with the popular Fate Series. She also writes short stories and collaborated with her daughter on Holiday Connections. A wordsmith with 40 years of experience writing features for magazines and other periodicals and editing non-fiction. She has spent most of those years also creating fictional stories, and she's writing her own young adult novels as well as working with her mother on the rest of the Fate Series.
