About the Author

Sue Farley is an expert in trust and estate law practicing law in California for over 32 years. She has represented trusts gone bad from all sidesfrom banks to beneficiaries. After seeing all the problems, she wanted to prevent what she has seen play out over and over again. Farley has spent the past eight years developing a way of taking more control of our trusts so we can protect our families and assets before we die.
