  • Using the instruments of folk (acoustic guitar, accordion, violin), Dusty Apodaca and his crew play a rollicking hybrid of prog, jam-band, and Americana. That description might scare off potential fans who eschew any of those genres, but the fact that they are on a punk-oriented label should clue listeners in to the irreverent spirit of the enterprise. Their vibe is not unlike that of label-mates Gogol Bordello, and fans of any kind of music will be impressed by the band's chops and tightness.
