Although fairly brief, this set of Tony Bennett sides still manages to condense a long career (the earliest track here is from 1960 while the latest is from 1999) into a succinct arc, and features this fine, timeless singer working with a host of jazz artists, including Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, and Wynton Marsalis, and yes, of course, "I Left My Heart in San Francisco" is here, along with "Put on a Happy Face" and others. ~ Steve Leggett
